My background in science informs my approach.
As a chemical engineer - I compile, track and analyze data to create meaningful patterns and trends to help drive business and investment decisions. I use this very skillset and the joy I find in the process to analyze my clients habits and issues. This methodical approach coupled with my personal experience and passion for wellness helps me build a road map of approachable changes with big impact to set clients up for success.

How does it work?
After your consultation call and a week of filling out my daily wellness tracker - both FREE and available to you today with no commitment (schedule your call here and get your tracker here ) you will choose which program makes sense for you at this time.
In your session, we will talk one-on-one about your daily lifestyle, your current diet, sleep, stress levels, your personal health goals and more. From this, we will work together to make an action plan to help you reach your health and wellness goals. My approach is to meet you where you are and slowly but steadily implement sustainable changes. For example, if you don’t love cooking and work long hours - I am not going to say let’s meal prep! That would be a sure recipe for unnecessary frustration. Instead we will look at what could actually work for you, perhaps it’s a master list of go-to nutritious meals you can grab from your favorite local spots and the grocery store. As we move from session to session, we will take stock of what is working versus not working, keep tabs on progress and milestones, examine how you are feeling mentally, physically and emotionally and of course - I will be your biggest cheerleader on this journey!
