Miller Wellness Engineering was a natural evolution in my own health & wellness journey. After I saw how much actual positive change and improvement I had in my own life after working with a wellness coach, I wanted to tell everyone! And as a scientist and student of life - I wanted to know how everything worked. 

Weight issues, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, insomnia, brain fog, bloating, skin problems, digestive issues, heartburn, and so much more are directly impacted by nutrition and other wellness habits. I personally had almost all of these issues at some point and they have all since improved due to the work I did guided by my own wellness coach.

My own health journey was absolutely changed for the better by working with a wellness coach. I was debilitatingly ill for years. I saw doctor after doctor and took test after test. I didn’t get any answers, just more referrals. It wasn’t until a friend told me his wife had been really sick until she saw a wellness coach that even I thought someone beyond a doctor could help me.

With a diagnosis of Lyme disease and my new wellness coach - we got to work. I had not even considered the connection of food and lifestyle to the inflammation and disease that was plaguing me. We found food intolerances, created a gut healing regimen, and helped me regain energy, my health and most of all - hope.
